Guidelines
This employment contract is to be delivered to the employee and signed by both parties in accordance with an act of law obliging the employer to inform the employee about the terms of employment.

This employment contract is to be delivered and signed no later than one month after the commencement of work, provided the average number of working hours per week exceeds 8.
It is recommended that this employment contract is to be forwarded to the applicant, to be signed and returned prior to his or her arrival in Denmark.
Re. 1.
Specify the job function of the employee (e.g. fruit picker, gardener, etc.).
Specify the address(es) of the workplace(s). If different workplaces, specify each address.
State the number of working hours per week and the daily general time of commencing and terminating work.
Re. 2.
State the specific date and hour when work is to commence. State the specific date of termination of work, provided the work is temporary.
If the employer has signed a collective agreement the terms of notice cannot be shorter than those stipulated in the collective agreement.
Re. 3.
Specify the wages and on which basis the wages are paid. All wages are paid in Danish currency (DDK). In addition, a holiday allowance of 12,5% of the wages is to be paid.
Employers who have signed a collective agreement are obliged to pay overtime work according to the agreement.
Re. 4.
State whether the job is covered by a collective agreement. If yes, specify which agreement.
Re. 5.
State whether the employee is to bring his or her own tent, or whether accommodation is provided for, or which alternative accommodation arrangement the employer will be able to offer.
Re. 6.
Specify if for instance the employee is obliged to take part in overtime work or has to be a member of a particular trade union.
This employment contract is to be signed by the employer as well as the employee.
